By purchasing digital goods from GhostOpp you expressly agree to immediate delivery and acknowledge that you waive your right of withdrawal.
In accordance with Directive 2011/83/EU of the European Parliament and of the Council on Consumer Rights, it is said that once the digital content has been delivered, if you access it, (which is the case due to instant delivery and access to the key) you thereby forfeit the right to withdraw from the contract.
Refunds incur a 7.2% refund fee for paypal, Credit/debitcard and crypto payments
This waiver is confirmed before completing your purchase. Exclusions from withdrawal:
Products damaged through misuse.
Products with broken seals.
Customized or personalized products.
Products not suitable for return due to hygiene/health reasons.
Refunds are not available for delivered or used digital goods.
For undelivered goods or services, cancellation is possible before shipping or activation.
